Qualcomm Life, VRI and TCMC - December 21, 2012
Earlier this month, Tri-City Medical Center teamed up with Qualcomm Life Inc. and Valued Relations Inc. to leverage QLI’s 2net Hub to further reduce hospital readmissions. This program will be provided to patients in the comfort of their homes within 48 hours of being discharged from the hospital, and will allow us to track their vitals through a remote monitoring device developed by Qualcomm. This is another very exciting and innovative technology that will allow us to continue to deliver high-quality, coordinated care to the community.
