The Tri-City Hospital Foundation

Tri-City Hospital opened its doors on July 16, 1961. Three years later, what is now the Tri-City Hospital Foundation was created. The Foundation's mission is to inspire and nurture health and wellness in our community by promoting community and philanthropic support of Tri-City Medical Center.

The Tri-City Hospital Foundation is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) organization. Gifts made through the Foundation are tax deductible as permitted by law.

Today, Tri-City Medical Center is a 397-bed facility that has more than 26,000 admissions a year. Thousands more patients are treated on an outpatient basis. Countless lives are saved every year because Tri-City Medical Center has a state-of-the-art emergency room ready to administer care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Tri-City Hospital Foundation is a link between the community and the hospital. Since its creation, the Foundation has raised over $39 million. Many of the hospital's most mission-critical facilities have been supported in whole or part by Foundation initiatives.
