Biography

Dr. Sadoff is accepting new patients.

A practicing neurologist with The Neurology Center since 1987, Dr. Sadoff was board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1985, having graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, earning a B.A. degree in Zoology and a M.A. degree in Biology, before attending the Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University. Completing his medical internship and neurology residency at the University of California, Los Angeles and Wadsworth V.A. Medical Center, he first started the private practice of neurology in Long Beach California, where he also taught medical and neurology residents as an attending physician and UCLA Clinical Assistant Professor at the UCLA affiliated neurology clinics in the Wadsworth V.A. Medical Center in Los Angeles and St. Mary’s Medical Center in Long Beach.

In San Diego, Dr. Sadoff has been affiliated with the University of California, San Diego as a clinical instructor in neurology at the San Diego V.A. Medical Center. He has been co-investigator in a variety of clinical research trials for conditions including stroke, multiple sclerosis, migraine, and Parkinson’s disease. He served as chairman of the Division of Neurology and Neurosurgery and on a variety of committees at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, California.

Since 2005, Dr. Sadoff has been the Medical Director of the Tri-City Medical Center inpatient acute rehabilitation unit, where each patient is treated as a unique individual in order to maximize their potential for recovery from a variety of neurologic, medical and post- surgical conditions. Dr. Sadoff believes that a strong doctor-patient partnership is based on mutual respect, education, and above all, listening carefully to the concerns of the patient, all vital steps in formulating the best plan of treatment

Dr. Sadoff is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the San Diego County Medical Society.
