Fair Political Practices Commission Form 802

The California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) §18944.1 Gifts: Tickets or Passes to Events (PDF: 23 kB) requires all elected officials (elected, appointed or designated employees of the Tri-City Healthcare District) who receive complimentary tickets to report their acceptance of tickets per FPPC guidelines.

On August 29, 2019, the Board adopted Board Policy 19-044 – Distribution of Tickets or Passes to District Sponsored or Controlled Events and Donated Tickets and Passes. This Policy is intended to be consistent with the Fair Political Practices Commission’s regulations regarding gifts and behested payments, but this Policy does not supplant or replace those regulations.

Tri-City Healthcare District officials must complete Form 802 identifying Agency officials who receive tickets or passes, as well as other individuals and organizations that receive tickets or passes from Agency officials. Form 802 documents are filed on this Web page and with the FPPC.
