Tri-City Medical Center Opens Tri-City Primary Care Clinic in Vista

Three long-established, local family and internal medicine physicians plus a newly-recruited doctor are now serving patients close to home and the hospital

OCEANSIDE, Calif. – Tri-City Primary Care is a new clinic opened at 1926 Via Centre in Vista by Tri-City Medical Center to provide adults and seniors with access to family and internal medicine doctors close to home, the hospital and other medical services.

Three of its doctors were recruited from the local community after decades in practice and a fourth provider was recruited from out of state to help expand the community’s access to quality primary care.

Dr. Sam Baroudi has been practicing internal medicine for 28 years with a subspecialty in cardiology. Dr. Jeffrey Ferber is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has 29 years of experience in family medicine. Dr. Loren Novak is board-certified in family medicine with extensive experience in geriatrics, hospice care and palliative care. Dr. John Clancy has 20 years of experience in internal medicine and was drawn to Tri-City Primary Care from Illinois based on the clinic’s personalized patient care approach and emphasis on healthy lifestyles and wellness.

Tri-City Primary Care is a member of the Tri-City Primary Care Network, a network of health resources offered by Tri-City Medical Center to ensure access to high quality patient care and wellness programs in the community. These include Tri-City Wellness Center in Carlsbad and the Nifty After Fifty fitness program for seniors in Oceanside and Vista.

“Tri-City Primary Care will care for patients close to where they live and work and is conveniently located near the community’s hospital, various labs and x-ray facilities,” said Tri-City Medical Center CEO Tim Moran. “This clinic and distinguished group of physicians are a cornerstone in the continuum of care we are providing for our community.”
